About the Founders
Welcome to Med Mentor Community! We are a nonprofit organization founded by David Jinan and Johnny Kong, two undergraduate students from UC Riverside who share a passion for helping others and a dream of becoming future medical professionals.
As second-year pre-med students, we understand how overwhelming the journey to medical school can feel—especially when you’re just getting started.
That’s why we created Med Mentor community: to make the path clearer and provide high school students in the Inland Empire with real guidance, real mentorship, and real support from college students who have been in their shoes.
